Ingredients For Salmon Wrap

75g of fresh smoked or poached Scottish salmon
2 flour tortillas
1 dessertspoon of chopped herbs
1 large tomato which has been sliced
A helping of crisp lettuce leaves
A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
1 dessertspoon of Greek style yoghurt
1 dessertspoon of mayonnaise

Garnish Ingredients

Sea salt and freshly ground pepper for seasoning
Cooked French beans
Chopped red pepper

How To Make Salmon Wrap

Mix the yoghurt and the mayonnaise. Add the seasoning, chopped herbs and the lemon juice.

Divide the mixture in two by spreading evenly on each tortilla wrap.

Lay down the lettuce and the sliced tomatoes.

Pop on the salmon, spreading it evenly.

Roll up the tortillas and cut in halve.

Serve with the beans and red pepper.
