Ingredients For Steak Koftas

1.5kg of steak mince
250g of breadcrumbs
One chopped onion
4 red, green or orange peppers chopped into one inch pieces
3 cloves of crushed garlic
2 egg yolks
Half a teaspoon of chilli powder
2 teaspoons of cumin
Half a teaspoon of paprika
1 tablespoon of coriander paste
