Peel Skin Off Tomatoes Easy Way

Easily peel off the skin from tomatoes with this method that takes just a few seconds and with no mess or wastage:

On each tomato cut a shallow x cross on the bottom of the tomato.


Boil a pan of water and once boiling place the tomatoes into the boiled water.


The skins of the tomatoes will start to split. At this stage remove the tomatoes and put them into iced water.


Leave the tomatoes in the icy water to cool down.


The skin should now peel off easily from the tomatoes.
