Easy Pancakes Recipe
This recipe makes about 8 delicious pancakes which are lovely served with fresh lemon juice, sugar and jam, cream,
honey or maple syrup.

Ingredients For Pancakes
1 egg
Cooking oil
100g of plain flour
300mls of milk
How To Make Pancakes
Make the batter mix by adding the milk, egg and flour and mixing together. Do ensure there are no lumpy bits. It is easier to blend in a food processor. This pancakes mixture
can be made a few hours before cooking and kept in the fridge.

Pre heat a small amount of cooking oil to a non stick frying pan.
Pour about two tablespoons of the batter mix into the frying pan. Immediately tilt the pan to get the mix
to run around the frying pan.
Cook for a few minutes and flip or turn over the pancake and cook the other side for about a minute. You can tell that the pancake is due to be flipped or turned because
small bubbles will form on the edges.
Repeat for the rest of the mixture.
