Boil a pan of water, salted if desired, and add the cut potatoes once boiled and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, drain and wrap around on kitchen towel to remove the water. Leave for about 10 minutes. Place them into a dry pan and shake to roughen up the edges. This will make the chips more crispier. With the fry light oil spray a non stick baking tray.
