25g of butter
50g of breadcrumbs
1 small onion chopped up
1 lemon with the zest finely grated and about half of the lemon juice
450g of pork sausage meat
Leaves from 3 sprigs of lemon
Instructions To Make Lemon and Thyme Stuffing
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Then add the onion and gently cook for about ten minutes until the chopped onions become soft.
2. Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Set aside to cool down before either stuffing the bird or rolling into stuffing balls and cooking.
