Step By Step Instructions To Cook Lamb Stroganoff
Slice or roughly chop up the lamb from the bone. Throw out the bones.
In a large frying pan heat up the oil and fry the lamb for about 3 minutes or until brown on the outside and
pink inside.
Remove the lamb from the frying pan and set it aside.
Melt the butter in the same frying pan and cook the onions, mushrooms and garlic for 5 minutes so that the onions are lovely
and soft and the mushrooms are light brown in colour.
Put the lamb back into the frying pan.
Add the worcestershire sauce and the creme fraiche. Cook gently for another 2 minutes, stirring well.
Add the salt and pepper seasoning according to taste.
Serve with rice or pasta.
Garnish with the parsley and/or toss with freshly chopped parsley.
