3/4 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of bicarbonate of soda

Preheat the oven to 200C or gas mark 6.

Form into a soft dough and put onto a floured surface.

Shape into two loaves and then place on a lightly greased baking tray.
