50g of desiccated coconut to roll the coconut ice
175g of fruit sugar
1 packet of multi coloured roll out icing
100mls of milk

Add the vanilla flavouring and the fruit sugar. Cook the mixture for 10 minutes. The mixture should become sticky.
Cover a baking tray with grease proof paper.
Spoon the mixture onto the tray and set it aside to cool down.
Once cooled take some of the mixture and form into about 8 2 - 3 cm balls to make the snowmen heads.
Test Products for rewards.
Use the remaining mixture to make the snowmen bodies.
Place the heads onto the bodies and press down gently.
Use the coloured writing icing to make black dots for the eyes of each snowman and for the buttons on
their stomachs.
With the packet of multi coloured roll out icing make hats for the snowmen and carrots for their noses. The
remaining colours can be used to make scarves for the coconut ice snowmen sweets.
