How To Make Coconut Ice Snowmen SweetsPut the 150g of desiccated coconut and the milk in a saucepan and gently heat for 5 minutes. The milk should be absorbed by the coconut and turn soft. Add the vanilla flavouring and the fruit sugar. Cook the mixture for 10 minutes. The mixture should become sticky. Cover a baking tray with grease proof paper.
